ROUND 1: 

1 min jumping jacks 

1 min bicep curls 

REST 1 MINUTE 
ROUND 2:

1 min mountain climbers

1 min lie down tricep ext. 

REST 1 MINUTE 
 ROUND 3: 

1 min speed skaters 

1 min push ups 

REST 1 MINUTE 
ROUND 4: 

1 min high knees 

1 min squats

REST 1 MINUTE 
ROUND 5: 

1 min plank shoulder taps

1 min Arnold press 

REST 1 MINUTE 
ROUND 6:

1 min hip thrusts

1 min walking lunges

REST 1 MINUTE
